Australian Writers’ Centre creative writing courses
Various short courses to choose from. Sometimes they are a one day seminar (on a weekend) sometimes they are a series of two or three weeknights: very manageable in terms of time commitment. They are always run by really accomplished Australian writers.
Sydney University Continuing Education short courses in creative writing
If you’re just feeling stuck in a rut, these can be a great kick-starter. (All of these Aussie places listed are where all our great writers are hanging out, supplementing their incomes. It’s always worth being around great writers.)
